Advanced Composites has been working with Plastic Pallets Solutions to help develop the very latest process of manufacturing the only 100% recycled plastic and commingled plastics in the world. Our system will eliminate the need the expensive segregation the various grades of used plastics. W want to use handicap labor and offer training to others to assist with our processing demands.
We are utilizing state of the art manufacturing equipment and a new technology processing method; proprietary methodologies that produces the lightest weight, highest quality plastic products that is economically produced. Since our process is the only one in the world that can take all grades of plastics and absorb a considerable amount of waste and make finished products. The PPS process will allow the end user to provide waste scrap plastics and have them converted to a useable finished product (closed loop systems).
The future is bright for new product development. We are investigating co-mingled plastic blocks, bins, mail boxes, signs, flower pots, and many other ideas. We are interested in your ideas.
