Co-Mingled Plastic

Demand for pallets is enormous. Damage and losses from wooden pallets is exorbitant. Depleting timber resources to make pallets is clearly not environmentally sound. Pallets made of plastic were proven to be clearly superior to pallets made from other materials. The consensus is, therefore, that the most viable solution to this problem is high quality and economically priced plastic pallets.

Traditionally, pallets constructed from wood, have been the constant target of environmental complaints regarding swelling landfills and destruction of valuable timberland. In response to these complaints, pallet manufacturers have sought other viable construction materials, among them plastic.

Raw Materials for our Co-Mingled "smart" plastic.

Our process is the only one in the world that can take waste stream plastics and make finished, value added materials. This process will allow the end user to provide waste scrap plastics and have them converted to a useable finished product. We are making pallets and other plastic items that utilize the wide variety of post consumer plastics that would normally end up in a landfill.

Landfills are overloaded with scrap plastics. Many "recycled" products are selectively recycled. That is to say, they do not use all the possible plastic that is generated in the United States and the rest of the world. This process allows all grades to be recycled. That allows for the overall cost to drop because our feedstock of waste plastic is unlimited.

Waste Problematic Plastic

Otherwise this pile of plastic would be used as landfill. Our system transforms waste into products. With over 30 years experience in the plastics industry, and more than 20 years of successful international sales and marketing acumen, the PPS founders are well positioned to penetrate the pallet industry and capture significant market share. We are the only company in the United States that manufactures 100% recycled materials.
